Good for overactive cortisol
At night, melatonin produced by your body puts you to sleep. Cortisol production wakes you up in the morning. When cortisol is overactive due to stress, it keeps you up late, or wakes you up in the middle of the night. This herbal treatment is very effective in reducing that problem. Much better for you than any prescription or over the counter sleeping preparation. As for the value question, I can't say yes or no. I have used this Cortisol Manager for years. One at bedtime will knock down the angst of your day and let your mind quiet so you can sleep.
