Three days later I was informed by the seller that the product is not available in the selected colour and I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was fully refunded. However, this same product (sandals) is still advertised by the seller at my size - I see that several pairs are available! Not happy with the experience, I would have preferred to duly receive the item! Not looking at this seller again.

Unico neo lo spedizioniere (Bartolini nello specifico): il venditore ha spedito subito il pacco che già il giorno successivo era al deposito di Napoli ma per motivi che il corriere non definiva (leggevo solo che non era stato possibile effettuare la consegna) l'ho ricevuto dopo 6 giorni. Magari il problema era dovuto al periodo di ferie (fine agosto), e ci può stare.
