It was packaged great given the item was oversized and required two separate packages due to the unique length of on of the pieces that make up the complete item. Although I thought the shipping costs were inflated at first, I now see why this method was utilized. The Seller took great care to make sure nothing got damaged prior to my receiving it. That is greatly appreciated. Great customer service, as well, even if we never spoke.

      I have not auditioned the speakers, but shipping was excellent, packaging was unbelievable, it would never get damaged with all the amount of paper padding and plastic wrap around the speakers, they are as described , Vandersteen speakers, if they play like new, they will be good value for money.
