I’ve been taking two of these daily as my levels were severely low and I couldn’t wake up from sleep and was sleeping for really long stretches of time like 10-14 hours easily. Well within a couple of days I started waking up naturally in the mornings before the alarm clock which before I could sleep through the alarm. These pills seem to be effective I haven’t had my levels tested though but I’m pretty sure taking 2 pills daily has really jacked my levels up. I was taking prescription vitamin D3 one pill per week at 100,000IU but I also started taking those daily and felt like I achieved the same results with these pills. I recommend this product
