    Shipping time was good. The item arrived damaged. I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

    Received the product as described. I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

    Great Deal for a Mini Printer

    New Canon IVY 2 Mini Photo Printer... Product came in original packaging and was very easy to set up. After downloading the accompanying app, it took a few tries to sync the printer and my phone, but after that, everything was great. I printed a test photo, and it came out a little darker (higher contrast & saturation) than how it appeared on my phone, so there's some settings that I need to work around. I also haven't had any issues with it overheating thus far. Overall, great deal, great printer, highly recommend.
