    Polite, professional, and with great communication. While this had to be refunded due to issues with parts, they were by no means the fault of the seller and he was up front with the exact cause. Were it not for an impending deadline I would have happily given him more time for the laptop to arrive.

    Laptop arrived and is in good working order, have given a neutral feedback for this reason - item ordered 27th May, was advised not in stock but would be in that weekend, when back in stock I had to message seller to post had to wait 1 week for them to post, was then posted 5th June and recieved 7th June, and used Evri as a courier which worried me more as they are notorious in losing high value items, once recieved, it came in a thin bin liner as packaging which was also ripped.
