    Shipping time was good. The item arrived damaged. I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

    Received the product as described. I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

    Exactly what I was looking for!

    I have this exact curling iron in the 1-1/2inch extended barrel, and it was too thick for my fine hair and the curls wouldn't hold... but I loved it. This smaller diameter barrel curls my PERFECTLY. The curls stay and the extended barrel creates the messy beach waves I'm after. I do with the cord end came out of the base of the curling iron straight instead of crooked... it's just a little awkward, but not a deal breaker. I also wish the cool tip was fixed instead of rotating. You get used to it, but it can be tricky when it swivels. Other than a few tiny design tweaks, I wouldn't change a thing! Love this curling iron!

    The maker thought of every detail

    Great curling iron. The makers of this curling iron thought of everything from the turning top do your hair does not get caught, to the flip stand so you do not burn your counter, to the end that spins so your cord does not twist up. I love being able to regulate the temperature too. Great producy!
