    The parcel postage was correct. Royal Mail accepted it was an error, and confirmed the postage was correct, as I have already communicated to you. You sent me details on 21st Jan I contacted Royal Mail that day & the £3 refund was made within a few days. I never doubted or asked you to send me proof, but as I post parcels daily I was shocked you had got this notification.
