      Shipping time was good. The item arrived damaged. I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent.       Received the product as described. I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

      Great bottle!

      I used to use Dr. Browns till this bottle. I had finally had it with Dr. Browns and the constant leaking, pieces, and short lasting usage. First day I used my comotomo I fell in love. My baby actually holds this bottle because it's not all hard plastic. It feels much like skin so it literally helped my son to develop his senses better. It's easy to put together and clean also. The only downside is air does get into the nipple if not tipped upright properly. I suggest not using this if your baby has colic or till your baby is able to burp. Otherwise we love it!
