Unit appears to be brand new and never used, tho not in orig. box. some nice little perks included. Suffered a lightning strike, blew out modem and router. Bought one on Ebay and the guy sent some other item (not this seller) So next time around I bought 2 USED items figuring better chance of early arrival and at least one would work. Already had the other one installed and operating when this one arrived. Will keep as a spare
