It came packaged perfectly with a seal and was brand new. The stitching and emblem are perfect. I have a blissy I use also and I think this is even softer. I washed it in a bag & air dried and it’s great. Honestly, even if happened to not be it’s so nice I don’t care. What an amazing price!

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
