    As described, shipping was iffy. I had ordered 15 items and received 4 separate packages, despite only 2 tracking numbers were provided. One package was misrouted multiple times by USPS and arrived 5 days AFTER the listing showed the item was delivered. This was due to items being in a box with a completely different tracking number not provided by seller. Sent multiple messages about the missing items and got nothing but crickets. Seller needs to provide ALL tracking numbers if order is split

    Item arrived in perfect condition, brand new as described. Shipping time was rather long... UPS apparently lost the package but luckily found it a week later. It's not fair to blame the seller for that, but nevertheless it took way longer than the estimate. I did reach out, but the seller was unable to provide a meaningful update. Again, having dealt with UPS myself, I can't exactly blame them. I guess what I'd recommend is, please don't ship via UPS anymore. UPS customer service is horrible.

    This is a beautiful, detailed ho scale building from Woodland Scenics. It is the Corner Emporium. This is pre built & painted to show every bit of the amazing detail on this building. What an amazing addition this would be to a model railroading layout!

    Fits my model railroad layout Pennsylvania town reminicent of where my father grew up and became a Billiards champ.Played upstairs, as with the model.Love the barbershop's striped barber pole. Poor replica of American flag should have been left off..
