Marantz PMD-430, 3-Head Portable Cassette Recorder, w/ AC Adapter (Needs Belt)
This was sold for parts. Overall it was in good shape and I think it will work fine with a new belt. I have owned a Marantz PMD-430 since they came out and it is an outstanding product. I bought this just in case I ever needed any parts in the future. I had to replace the belt in my original recorder and it is no big deal to do so. I could possibly use this recorder as a back up should I ever need to do so.This was sold for parts. Overall it was in good shape and I think it will work fine with a new belt. I have owned a Marantz PMD-430 since they came out and it is an outstanding product. I bought this just in case I ever needed any parts in the future. Marantz PMD430 Professional Portable Tape Deck
Nice classic professional quality stereo portable tape deck. Good features which include external microphone inputs and Line In, Line Out connectors to enable this unit to be connected to an external power amp. Internal amp is of good quality too, but listen with headphones as the internal speaker is of marginal quality with relatively little dynamic range. The WOW and Flutter is low and the tape speed is constant with no noticeable fluctuations....The pitch control is a nice feature too. Meters are accurate and back lighted All in all, this is a very good high quality device. The unit I purchased was well cared for insomuch as it is in virtually in new condition and very clean with no wear or scratches....Kinda like I went back to 1995 and got this new...
