Having said that, other buyers should know that the machine itself is fine but the box was terribly beat up, and the packing material inside the factory box was all broken up. The “starter pack” of coffee capsules was missing as well. As I said, the machine itself is fine and I’m glad to have it, just a couple of other things that I was a little disappointed in.

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

The box was damaged but everything inside of the box was undamaged. Great working with this seller. Great communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised.
