    The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    Awesome! There is only 1 plug in USB-A. The speakers get their power and the digital sound through that. I previously had the old style that a USB-A plug for power and a round audio plug for the sound, Old speakers made noises too. Well done Logitech!

    Good speakers for a good price.

    Considering the cost of these USB speakers, they have really good sound. People speaking sound normal, not "tinny" or high pitched. Not really sure how to word that last part. I already had a set of these and liked them enough to get a second set. I believe they're pretty good speakers unless you want Bose speaker quality. All-in-all, they're a good set of speakers that won't break the bank.

    Easy to install

    The buttons that control volume/mute are way too small. The illustration on the box flaps are also way too small and very hard to understand.

    Great sound and they are loud too

    Great sound and they are loud too. The tone knob don't change the sound much but the quality of the speakers offsets that minor problem. I love them!! They are hidden behind my 32 inch monitor so no one sees them but who cares??? This was a great buy!!
