    You are wrong. We had the item and shipped it to you, but the shipment was stopped by your country's customs and the shipment was returned to the sender, like many other orders sent from Europe to the USA. The USA has not accepted shipments from Europe since August 29th, until they establish a new procedure, new taxes applied, additional documents required for shipments up to 800 USD. We apologize for the mistake of not returning 2 cents when refunding, we have now made a full refund.
