    The overall experience was extremely poor. Seller never followed up on 2 simple questions (see attached pic). Delivery to NYC from NY state was ridiculously slow. It should have taken a couple of days. Order was made on Aug 6. It arrived on August 23 (see attached pic). Seller informed me on Aug 16 that they were out of town. Item was dispatched on Aug 21. The item (tie) was described as "new" without tags but arrived with several pulled threads. See attached pics. Seller is untrustworthy.
