Unfortunately, we were given inaccurate information about the compatibility with our software, and the technicians were not able to configure it to work properly. The seller was extremely gracious regarding the return policy, and we received the authorization promptly. All of this transpired within a week, so we're quite pleased with the outcome despite not being able to use what is a high-quality scanner.
