When confronted the response was "sorry". I have to believe this was deliberate and all Ebay cares about is whether or not some thing ( wrong or right) was delivered. The seller advertised 4 of the same item after sending me the wrong one and refused to send the correct item. I was able to get a refund from Paypal. I strongly advise not buying from this seller.

When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
