Works as described. A little pricey
Wanted to keep the Mopar steel bumper, otherwise for similar cost, one could use a 3rd party with entire bumper assembly. Albeit for what I think is a high cost, the assembly nicely integrates with the tailgate’s look and feel

Good product, horrible bolts.
The torx bolts used to mount the reinforcement are not well designed. They are too shallow and are notorious for allowing the bit to slip out when you are torquing them, thus causing the torx head to strip out. I had this issue with three of the four bolts. I have ordered new standard head bolts to replace them.
