I had to buy a battery and have it replaced which I would've negotiated a lower price if I needed to buy a battery to see if it even works. I understand things happen (battery dies) but this seller never responded.

Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
