    Keyfob was locked but seller refunded so was a failed transaction but worked out OK. Seller said it should not be locked, but I took it to one locksmith and saw the tool that said locked on the screen, then called a second locksmith who said used Honda keyfobs cannot be reprogrammed and I needed a new unused one. eBay forced me to pay $49.99+tax for a printer from walmart to return item, you can no longer just upload del conf info from post office!
