Seller didn't check before shipping out the package then tried to act like it wasn't their fault when clearly it was... After reading reviews I'm not the only one they've done this to unfortunately. Still waiting on a refund, I returned item to them it's been in their hands for 3 days now and still no refund. This item was new without any issues and you wanted us to partially refund you without the need to ship the item back.
