    The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    GOOD USED DRIVE

    It was a used item. Works with my blu ray player. So far working fine. It took a while to get it going because the unit has to be reset by unplugging it from the outlet a few times before the drive was working normally. At first it did not, almost gave up but then it worked!

    Time will tell

    This drive is an exact replacement for my SONY Blu-Ray player. The original was rarely used (less than 100 times) but the original drive did not spin up. This replacement works well as a replacement but time will tell if it works better and longer than the original.
