So far, so good. it was easy to hook up. and easy to make it to work. I have only tried the DvD player so far, but there should be no probs w/ the VHS, I'm quite sure of. The remote is somewhat easy to use, and some of the bottons glows in the dark. Not bad for a NIB, (New In Box ). It is how the dealer described it to be.
