    The item was new, BUT I ordered the wrong product. I returned it. The seller lied and said it was full of hair and chose to offer about 1/2 the refund. I have reported the store. Contacted EBAY to try and dispute the said lies. I used this item for less than a minute and properly sent it back. My problem is with this seller, they are dishonest and didn't even talk to me. I rarely use EBAY and only accidently saw that they made up lies and refused to give my money back. Going back to Amazon.

    Doesn't take up a lot of counter space when I'm using it. And clean up is easy. And put back in cabinet when done

    It cooks with great ease. Also does an awesome job on pork roast, chicken, an a few other things

    Perfect Size for smaller families

    Very easy to use. Plug it in and twist the dial for as long as you want it to cook. Cooks one chicken perfectly, (have not tried squeezing 2 chickens on). And the little basket that comes with it can hold chops that you don't want to skewer. Very impressed. Great size. Actually fits on top of the counter but still under the upper cabinets!

    This item was priced very low. It is as descibed except for some damage on one side where the leg attaches. I don’t feel like it will hurt the workings of the item. My husband opened it and said it was packed very well.
