The item itself was exactly what I paid for, a louder, but workable version of the elvie. The suction could be stronger and the good thing about it is that I would expect it to fit most nipple shapes. It's certainly loud but for this price point and for sensitive breasts, this actually does the job well. I wouldn't use them and multitask, just sit and pump, like most people with wearable pumps. Cleaning was easy.
