    Well actually this is a tricky one! The seller was easy to deal with and kept me up to speed throughout: however the transaction was never actually completed due to the item having been accidentally broken at some point. Stuff happens! The seller explained the situation immediately on discovery and was very apologetic, issuing an immediate refund without any prompting. OK so I was disappointed, but the seller lost a sale and a valuable item of stock. I sympathise and kinda feel sorry for him.
