Crashes frequently, costly to maintain
I bought this product on eBay in 2020. Three times since, it has crashed and needed a motherboard replacement, which is a two-week hassle even with an upgraded next-day warranty. This laptop is unreliable, despite being very easy to use and lightweight otherwise.

Everything about this laptop is great, the only drawbacks are the speakers like every other laptop are lacking (I'm spoiled with good speakers everywhere). I will say, it is an awesome laptop, just keep everything up to date.
