      Outstanding, reliable, good value pulse oximeter but use it properly!!

      This pulse oximeter is very accurate and gives me the same pulse as my blood pressure cuff, provided I use it properly. Remember when you use a pulse oximeter, your index finger is the best finger for measurement. The finger must be dry and warm and pink. No nail polish, folks, or the oximeter won't perform properly. If you follow these rules, you will get an accurate reading with this product every time. I was very pleased with this pulse oximeter and recommended it to my family. By the way, I am a physician with many years of clinical experience and with lung problems so I know all about these contraptions!

      Works ok.

      Easy to set up works as good. The only issue is the finger cup does not stay in place very well when i ride my bike, which is what i Purchased it for as i do have lung problems and have to keep track of my O2 levels.
