Arrived in great condition thanks to the excellent packaging it was shipped in. Mufflers fitted with no problems, come with all the required mounting hardware, except clamps but that was stated in the advert - installed on 2015 ultra - sound is alot better than stock mufflers, wouldn't say its obnoxious or overly loud - but others may disagree?? No issues with finish after several long rides - for the price - so far so good - recommend
