Well-packed, arrived in good condition, with a few broken chips on the pastels, which is not uncommon in a sealed new package; not the seller's issue. The pastels are lovely -- I already sketched with them and love the results as always with Rembrandts. FYI -- these do NOT come in a wooden box as described (which was fine with me!!).

    Does not work for all games

    Only works for selected games; old ones that you'd have I install/pay for. I thought it'd be universal or at least work for non-arcade games. Its no wonder the product didn't take off.

    I bought this for genshin impact, didnt know it wasnt working with androids right now, I hope they will do an update like they did on IOS, didnt try for any games yet, but I think its well design
