    As described, shipping was iffy. I had ordered 15 items and received 4 separate packages, despite only 2 tracking numbers were provided. One package was misrouted multiple times by USPS and arrived 5 days AFTER the listing showed the item was delivered. This was due to items being in a box with a completely different tracking number not provided by seller. Sent multiple messages about the missing items and got nothing but crickets. Seller needs to provide ALL tracking numbers if order is split

    Item arrived in perfect condition, brand new as described. Shipping time was rather long... UPS apparently lost the package but luckily found it a week later. It's not fair to blame the seller for that, but nevertheless it took way longer than the estimate. I did reach out, but the seller was unable to provide a meaningful update. Again, having dealt with UPS myself, I can't exactly blame them. I guess what I'd recommend is, please don't ship via UPS anymore. UPS customer service is horrible.

    Southern Turpentine mill Camp building

    I had planned to use it in a background seen but after extra weathering, more details, and adding some figures to this model, once on my layout ,is hard to distinguish from a wood craftsman kit. I got rid of the tv antenna and replaced the plastic firewood stack with real wood and and it found a home on the layout in my turpentine camp close to the front of the layout sitting with my scratch built camp buildings... I nice easy fill-in for a other wise empty spot on the layout. Ted 👍

    I am very pleased. Wonderful detail. However the instructions state you can power the porch light with power from the railroad tracks. No you can't. The 15 VAC from the tracks blew the model's porch light. I'll replace the blown light with another and a resistor to lower the voltage. Perhaps it would have worked with the "plug and play" module, but I didn't do that. Oh well.
