My hearing aids were stolen from his mailbox but he was able to get me a new pair and paid for the other. I ended up with two sets of aids both better than the originals and at minimal cost to me. I will use Mr. bravo for any future programming I have and will be pleased to recommend his services to anyone requiring what this talented man provides
