    There was a mistake with my package where I had received the wrong laptop (6th gen), and I thought I had gotten scammed! Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new. All in all I m very happy that they replied to my concerns quickly, and I would consider buying from them again.

The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed.
