    The kitty arrived in excellent condition BUT... it was packaged only in a thin yellow envelope with no internal wrapping. The entire side of the envelope was ripped open. I have no idea how the kitty didn't fall out in transit. A box would have been a much better package. If you are going to use an envelope, it would be better to use the heavy duty ones.
