Accu-Check FastClix is the BEST lancing device I've used out of 8 different types of devices! It is by far easier than fiddling around with individual lancets each time you need to perform a blood glucose check. Each "Lancet Drum" has 6 lancets and the drum is very simple to change. The FastClix lancets are designed for minimal side movement and more accuracy which makes them almost completely painless.
