Take-Out Weight Curling is the brainchild of Canadian teenager Nathan Sorenson. Curling, the winter sport popular in Canada, Scandinavia, and the northern US, is a team game played on ice with "rocks." One team member releases the "rock" and, as it slides towards the bulls-eye target, teammates make adjustments with ice-brooms, though they are not allowed to touch the "rock." Each team takes turns, and the result is a strategic game with many nuances. Take-Out Weight Curling offers five game modes: including head-to-head action and games involving the computer (with adjustable difficulty settings). Online multiplayer support is provided through GameSpy.
