    The seller was great. The item was received on time. The seller packed the item with care. Just one snafu, although the seller absolutely packed this item as carefully as possible, somehow in shipping the little glass light bulbs that were packed with care inside the vessel, which are specialty bulbs specifically for this adapter, got broken. Otherwise, it was a great experience and not the seller s fault.

    I love NetGear, I like faster internet as well. With this it definitely helped out my house. I had this modem before, and actually came back to it after trying a few others. Lots of options if you know what your doing and how to config it. NetGear is solid

    THE BEST ROUTE HOME

    Had an older Netgear router, keep getting message this router not secure. Spoke with ISP rep and he recommended a new Netgear router. Did some research and this unit @ 1900 fit my needs. This was an open box unit with all paperwork and included cables. As an open box price was excellent. This router works great and was really a plug and play. I didn't find it necessary to change settings as per netgear app. If you want to, go right ahead but just hooking up to ethernet cable and using assigned password for this unit got me on all the devices once I signed on. Password is unit specific so no worries about neighbors hacking. Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would. It is for large homes and no problem sending signal to basement or the attic or outside. We live in an area with poor data ...

    I owned this exact router in the past...had it for about 8 years. I was very please with it and when my old one died, I decided to buy a new one.just like the old one....it was easy to set up and I was able to use my old username and password.
