    Seller had great communication, was quick to respond, and very helpful in resolving the situation when the item did not arrive on time. (Things happen, items get delayed. Especially with the holidays, winter weather, etc... How a seller reacts to that is far more important in my opinion.) Item was still received plenty "in-time" for our needs (despite not arriving by the "eBay projected" time).
