The item was as described and arrived on time. However, it did not work. I contacted the seller and after some back and forth we both agreed it should be returned, which I did at my expense. My refund was issued promptly with the sellers apologies. I am still waiting for the refund of the insurance I purchased with the item. It was not a negative experience just disappointed my item did work. 🫤
