In the description the item was referred to as a ‘modem and router combo’. Upon delivery I soon realized this was not the case. I attempted a return which was immediately declined by the seller. We exchanged a few messages but no resolution. After contacting eBay to try resolve with their buyer protection guarantee, they advised me to leave negative feedback to see if this helps.
