I’m heartbroken and truly hate leaving a bad review, but I could not get the seller to respond. I spent $170 on this item because it was new in box & my son rarely asks for anything. It was for Christmas. He is blind and loves his bopit collection more than anything. Sadly, it did not work at all! I did not blame the seller for this, as it was corroded batteries that caused the issue. I simply hoped the seller would offer some sort of discount so we could buy a used replacement one for him.
