In Stronghold, the first game of the series, you travel through medieval Britain to conquer enemies. In Stronghold Crusader and Stronghold Crusader Extreme, you head a team of crusaders through Arabian lands to undertake 20 missions with an army of 10,000 troops. Fun and challenging scenario game
Love this game. It is challenging and allows you to do your own thing to complete the missions or battled. Can play online or against the computer. Pretty good storyline for both war path and economic campaigns. Fun for all ages. the fact that all of the games are one cd instead of four different ones make it extremely easy to take along during trips, store when not in use and just really the hassle of changing discs because you wanted to play a different version.Love this game. It is challenging and allows you to do your own thing to complete the missions or battled. Can play online or against the computer. Pretty good storyline for both war path and economic campaigns. Stronghold: is hard, but rewarding when you get it down. Stronghold Crusaders: is the same only with a different theme to it, and the Extreme version is the same. Stronghold 2: is mind blowingly complex compared to the first and more like a simulator than strategy. It is still good though, it is a new direction and a breath of fresh air. Stronghold Legends: . . . what happened? No, really what was thought up in the minds of people when this was being created?
