The steelbook itself was fine and the discs worked great, however it was labeled as brand new and in fact it wasn’t because the plastic was cut open and the seller slipped it back over the movie, and to top it off the movie poster that came with this specific edition was missing. I wouldn’t recommend this seller due to false advertisement.

Yes, the steelbook was opened but what the buyer wont tell you is that they ask me to check if the steelbook was region free. Second, this buyer assume that this steelbook comes with a poster but yet i never writer or put a picture of the steelbook that shows a poster. The collector's edition comes with a poster which this steelbook is not. All the buyer had to do was to message and ask about these things before getting emotional and put in a negative feedback

Both DVD cases are completely broken. Just disappointed and frustrated because I’ve been looking forward to these for a while now.

Very interesting that the buyer shows images of the damaged steelbook but dont show images of the packaging that came with steelbook to show the post office negligence. I find it very rich that eBay now let buyers show images on negative feedback but dont let sellers show images on feedback replies. Once again eBay shows heavy bias toward buyers while it acts like everything is fair and even. This marketplace get more and more toxic.
