18v Makita xdt13 is Sort of as described. It was listed as new in box but the 1/4" chuck end does NOT have any ball bearings in the collet chuck, so the bits do not stay in the drill. Not blaming the seller but just something to watch out for in the future. Drill works fine otherwise. Super fast shipping and packaged well.
