    the title says it all, it also has to do with the eggs

    I am an avid bird watcher. I wish I would have had this book years ago. The eggs are in the nests, in the location that you can find them. Eg. A Boreal Chickadee nest with eggs is in a rotting stub. That is the picture they show. There are beautiful sketches of the birds. What would be helpful, is to have the bird book and nest book together so you don't have to carry two different books while out hiking. Identifing a bird's nest can also help you identify the bird. I love the book.

    Handy Field Guide!

    Wonderful photographs and detailed habitat descriptions make this an effective birds' nest identification guide! Size of paperback version is very convenient for carrying in a field pack for easy reference, yet is large enough to hold its own on a shelf with other Peterson Field Guides. A nice reference for both seasoned birders and budding naturalists!

    Birds, nest, and their eggs, Fantastic photos

    Very informative. All birds nest and eggs are not the same. This book has some fantastic pictures. If you are a bird lover, you're sure to love this book too.

    really nice book

    This book makes a great addition to a birdwatcher's field guide collection. It goes in detail about bird's nests that most field guides don't. If you are really interested in birds AND their habits, this book is for you.
