A secondary but major component (initially described as New-Open Box) was missing from the first shipment. Seller provided the option for a very modest partial refund of $8, or subsequent delivery of the missing item. I opted to receive the missing item. When the item arrived, its batteries were installed (never the case with new/unused products) and there were hair clippings clinging to the item and in/around the packaging. Despite this shortcoming, I still rated the experience as "positive."
