The Fitbit app doesn't allow the user to customize the data presentation and has a low quality, non-intuitive user interface. I would NEVER pay retail for their overpriced product.

So far I have not had any issues with the watch. I have never owned a super expensive Apple or high end one so I can not compare it to them, but this one has all the features I need and compared to the others I owned and my friends Garmin watch it is just as accurate.

This Charge 4 is a replacement for my Charge 3. When I purchased the Charge 3, it was supposed to track oxygen levels, but never did. I wanted to track my oxygen as I am asthmaic and have chronic bronchitis. Knowing where my O2 levels are is of importance to me. I was excited to use Fitbit Pay with the Charge 4. Very disappointed when none of my banks are a part of Fitbit pay. Can not use my Fitbit to pay for anything! If this is a feature you are wanting to use, do your homework. Wish I had done my homework. Other than the oxygen levels, it is just like my Fitbit Charge 3. Would not have upgraded if the screen had not become so faint that I couldn't see the time!

Great fitness tracker. I have had the Charge 2, a few Charge 3s and now a Charge 4. The '4' adds gps tracking and ability to use with spotify. Like all fitbit units the heart rate can lag somewhat for instant read outs. Over all I am not sure why anyone buys the Charge 5, since you need a monthly subscription to get full functionality. Use the fitbit app w/phone for best experience. Seller shipped product quickly and was a great value.
