Order was placed on the 24th March, dispatched on the 26th March and hasn’t arrived and it’s the 6th April. No proper response from the seller only one non direct message stating they updated the tracking which was already there and doesn’t work. I messaged asking for a refund and have had no response. I now have to wait until the 11th April to ask eBay to step in. Highly frustrating. I know it’s not the sellers fault it hasn’t arrived, but I would at least hope they would reply and refund.

I replied to your message and sent you proof of postage. The tracking number works, it clearly states that the parcel was received at the parcel shop. You demanded a refund and left negative feedback before I had chance to respond, even though you clearly say, it's not my fault it hasn't arrived?
A bit more patience and understanding would have got you a refund much sooner.
